Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use aiaudit.ninja, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR, and applies to visitors from the UK, US and Canada.
Who we are
AiAudit.Ninja is operated by Whizz People, a boutique SEO consultancy. Whizz People is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact us about anything in this policy at hello@aiaudit.ninja.
What we collect
- Audit request form: your name, business email, website, industry, city or service area, and, if you choose to give them, a competitor's name and your biggest worry. We also record your browser's time zone so the report uses the right market (UK, US or Canada).
- Emails you send us and our replies.
- Technical data: our host keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.
- Advertising cookies, only with your consent: if you accept them, the Meta Pixel records that you visited and whether you requested an audit, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

The audit itself looks at your business's public website and how AI assistants describe your business. We do not send your personal contact details to AI providers.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use these service providers to run the site and deliver reports, each under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Web3Forms (receiving form submissions)
- Google Workspace (email)
- Meta Platforms (ad measurement, only if you consent)
- AI and SEO data providers such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity and Ahrefs, which receive your business name, website and market to run the checks, not your contact details
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK's adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and reports for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case our client records policy applies. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we never contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to stop marketing at any time. Email hello@aiaudit.ninja and we'll respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The site itself works without cookies. The only non-essential cookies are the Meta Pixel's, and they load only after you accept them. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your cookies for this site.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
